  • The first session is typically spent getting to know your history and reason for coming to therapy. After that, it all depends on what works for you. We can create playlists, analyze songs you gravitate towards, practice coping skills, write music, or just simply talk.

  • While I trust you know yourself better than I ever will, I also know how important it is to receive support from someone who truly sees you and understands your lived experiences. I, myself, have had to learn how to move forward after trauma and love life again. I believe you can too by building on the strength that has gotten you to this moment in the first place.
